In August 1968, D'Arcy Glover opened D'Arcy's as a Swiss restaurant in the premises of a former grocer's shop on the corner of Hargrave and Elizabeth St Paddington.
Reinvented as Darcy's Restaurant Italian Cuisine by Attilio Marinangeli and Aldo Zuzza in 1975,
Darcy's welcomed couples, families, professionals, celebrities and everything in between with traditional Italian food, quality service, notable wines and an intimate atmosphere.
